WCPSS Bands Scheduling
High School Bands
Enrollment in band classes is open to any student enrolled in a public school band program in 2006-2007.
Students not enrolled in a public school band program in '06-'07 should contact the band director for audition information.
Students may choose Marching Band or Concert Band during the fall semester.
The band director determines placement in spring-semester bands based on middle school director recommendation or the past year's performance in the FVHS band programs.
Technical ability, tone quality, intonation, musicianship, work ethic and instrumentation are the primary factors in determining spring-semester ensemble placement.
Choose one (1) band course for each semester. Students MUST enroll in a band course each semester.
